Is your extraction technology really solventless?

Answer: It’s hard to believe that there is finally a technology that is solventless and scalable at a commercial level. We often hear about solventfree extraction but this denotes extract WITH solvents and then the removal of the solvent. The problems with this are two-fold:

1. Solvents are used so workers and the environment are exposed to them. Full stop.

2. When solvents are removed, residuals levels are often left in the final oil. We know that because different regulators have established safe levels of these residual chemicals that can be left in the extracted oil. If extraction technology got 100% of the solvents out, there would be no need for these safe levels.
   

What kind of oil does the EVOlution produce?

Answer: EVO Extracts operates by extracting oils from any biomass containing oil. You begin by placing these materials into one end, and the machine takes care of the rest, determining the outcome on the opposite side. The machine can create an oil that preserves all the natural compounds depending on the settings.

However, there's more to it. The machine can also produce oils in various methods. For instance, it can separate the terpenes, which are the plant’s aromatic oils, and store them for later use. Additionally, if desired, it can generate an oil without specific components. These options are versatile and allow for a range of oil variations. Notably, the machine accomplishes all of this with efficiency and speed.

As the process involves different plant materials, your role becomes essential. The machine can work with a variety of these materials, adjusting its process based on your selection. Whether you opt for one material or another, the machine adapts to your preference, producing concentrated oils that suit your requirements.

Is the EVOlution just for cannabis and hemp?

Answer: No. Our technology can extract from any biomass that has an oil constituent.

What happens to the waste from the EVO extraction process?

Answer: If present, our technology will remove all the biomass's psychoactive components. Therefore, the remaining biomass can be stored or used as compost.
