Gilbert Fregoso

Gilbert Fregoso’s adult children presented him with a problem a few years ago. They wanted to know if he could manufacture CBD oil in a safe, sustainable way.

As an electrical engineer and the innovator behind dozens of inventions, Gilbert came up with a simple prototype that worked on the first attempt. That wasn’t much of a surprise. 

As president, lead engineer, and founder of IP Technologies inc, Gilbert has 32 years of technology development expertise, primarily in the medical, dental, and lighting industries. His electronics expertise includes new product development, semiconductor circuit design, programming, packaging and game console design. 

One of Gilbert's greatest strengths lies in his ability to think outside the box, leading to the creation of new innovative products and strong intellectual property. Gilbert has an extensive track record in not only improving existing technologies but also creating new products and disruptive technologies. Gilbert holds all 56 patents for which he has applied; a strong testament to just how unique his inventions are.   

Gilbert has decades of experience managing the manufacturing and marketing of products in both domestic and overseas operations.  Several of his inventions have been sold domestically at numerous retailers, including large chain stores such as Walmart and Toys “R”  Us. A relentless innovator, Gilbert spent countless hours refining his CBD oil extraction prototype, developing it into the technical marvel that it is today.
